Steamed Egg Bowl

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped onions
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped green capsicum
  • 2 teaspoons red chilli flakes
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 teaspoons grated processed cheese

Age Group: 8 -10 months

Steamed Egg Bowl
  • 1Break an egg into individual glass bowls.
  • 2Add 1 teaspoon onion, 1 teaspoon capsicum, ½ teaspoon chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, salt and 1 teaspoon cheese.
  • 3Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Place the bowls in it, cover and steam for 7-8 minutes.
  • 4Serve hot.
