Cream of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients

  • 50 grams Broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons chopped spring onion greens
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons refined flour
  • Salt to taste

Cream of Broccoli Soup
  • 1Transfer the rice, dal, cinnamon powder, banana puree, pumpkin puree in a pressure cooker. Add 3/4 cup water, cover and cook till the pressure is released thrice.
  • 2 Open the lid once the pressure is settled completely.
  • 3 Mash with the back of the spoon and serve at room temperature.
