Ragi Mango Kheer

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ragi flour
  • 1 tablespoon semolina
  • 1 tablspoon pressed rice(poha)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh mango puree
  • 100 ml milk

  • A pinch of cinnamon powder

Ragi Mango Kheer
  • 1 Dry roast the ragi flour, semolina and pressed rice separately in another non-stick pan.
  • 2 Boil milk in a deep non-stick pan.
  • 3 Add the dry roasted ingredients to the milk along with sugar and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4 Take the pan off the heat and add the mango puree once the mixture is slightly cooked.
  • 5 Serve at room temperature.
