Ragi & Dates Halwa

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ragi sattva
  • ½ teaspoon ghee
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 seedless dates, boiled and pureed
  • ½ teaspoon grafted jaggery

Spices

  • A pinch of cinnamon powder

Age Group: 8 -10 months

Ragi & Dates Halwa
  • 1 Heat ghee in non-stick pan, and ragi sauté for 2 minutes
  • 2 Add milk, date puree, jaggery and mix well and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3 Serve at room temperature.
