Sprouted Wheat and Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sprouted wheat, coarsely ground
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • ½ teaspoon white butter
  • A pinch cumin powder (jeera)
  • A pinch of salt

Age Group: 6-8 Months

Sprouted Wheat and Potato Soup
  • 1Heat white butter in a pressure cooker. Add potato, sprouted wheat powder and sauté for a minute.
  • 2Add cumin powder, salt and 2 cups water, cover and pressure cook till pressure is released 2 times (2 whistles).
  • 3Once the pressure is completely reduced, open the lid and blend till smooth.
  • 4Serve hot.
