Sprouted Wheat and Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sprouted wheat, coarsely ground
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
- ½ teaspoon white butter
- A pinch cumin powder (jeera)
- A pinch of salt
Age Group: 6-8 Months
- 1Heat white butter in a pressure cooker. Add potato, sprouted wheat powder and sauté for a minute.
- 2Add cumin powder, salt and 2 cups water, cover and pressure cook till pressure is released 2 times (2 whistles).
- 3Once the pressure is completely reduced, open the lid and blend till smooth.
- 4Serve hot.
