Dosa Pizza

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Dosa Batter
  • ½ tablespoon oil
  • ¼ cup fresh tomato puree
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 french beans , finely chopped and balanced
  • 2 tablespoons boiled sweet corn kermels
  • ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese

Spices

  • ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon coriander seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon asafoetida
  • Salt to taste

Age Group: 12 months & above

Dosa Pizza
  • 1 Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add the cumin seeds, coriander seeds and mix.
  • 2 Once the cumin seeds start to change the colour, add mustard seeds and asafoetida and wait till the mustard seeds crackle.
  • 3 Add tomato puree, sugar, salt and mix well.
  • 4 Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes.
  • 5 Heat a non-stick tawa and spread a small ladleful of batter and spread.
  • 6 Spread the prepared tomato sauce and top up with vegetables and cheese.
  • 7 Cover with a lid and cook till the cheese melts.
  • 8 Fold and serve at room temperature.
