Danone India announced the launch of Zero Added Sugar variants of Protinex in Tasty Chocolate and Vanilla Delight flavours. By launching these Zero Added Sugar variants, Danone is fulfilling its commitment to FSSAI’s Eat Right Movement where it pledged to reduce sugar in its portfolio by 20% by 2020 in an endeavour to bring healthier food choices to Indian consumers with its HFD brand Protinex that has a rich heritage of over six decades. With its mission ‘to bring health through food to as many people as possible’, Danone aims to address protein deficiency among Indian consumers.

Tasty chocolate and Vanilla Delight are now available in Zero Added Sugar variant. The products are currently available in leading modern trade stores across India & e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Big Basket, PharmEasy etc in 250gm and 400gm packs. The products will be on shelves in pharmacies and general trade stores from this month.
