Danone India launches its global brand Neocate in India

• Neocate is a hypoallergenic, amino acid-based formulae (AAF) intended for use in dietary management of Cow’s Milk Allergy.

New Delhi, August 25, 2017: Danone India today announced the launch of its global brand Neocate in India which is a hypoallergenic, amino acid-based formula (AAF) intended for use in dietary management of Cow’s Milk Allergy, the most common food allergy in infants and young children globally.

Cow’s milk allergy is a result of one or more cow’s milk proteins triggering an adverse reaction by our body’s immune system. . Managing cow’s milk allergy involves removal of cow’s milk and dairy products from the diet. World over, the recommended management of infants with cow’s milk allergy is extensively hydrolyzed protein or amino acid-based formulae such as Neocate.
