“The Distributor represents and warrants to Danone that the above has been carefully reviewed and he/she understands, agrees, respects and shall comply with Danone Policy for the Marketing of Breast Milk Substitutes (“Policy”). For the purposes of complying with the Policy, Distributor represents and warrants that it shall fully act in conformity with and shall not do anything by action or omission that could be in breach of this Policy, or that could lead Danone or any of its employees to be in breach of this Policy."
