Many issues like nausea, insomnia, backaches, swollen feet, bowel problems, and cramps. Include a lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Intake of dairy products is advisable for your body to have calcium intake. Avoid raw and uncooked eggs or meat and most of the fried snacks that contain a high amount of trans fats. Starting to eat healthily will make you feel healthy and avoid complications. Avoid alcohol, smoking and caffeine intake during pregnancy.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"col-md-10 col-lg-10\">\r\n<div class=\"weeks-cont samesec\">\r\n<h3>Work-Life Balance<\/h3>\r\n<p>Work is absolutely important, and you cannot avoid it just because you are pregnant. But balancing your work and personal life would help a great deal during pregnancy. Start from reducing stress and anxiety levels completely. Emotional health is as important as physical health. Spend time exercising at least 30 minutes a day which could be in the form of yoga or a walk. Don\u2019t compromise on your sleep.<\/p>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<div class=\"weeks-img \"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid desktop-banner\" title=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.danone.in\/aptaclub\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/60.jpg\" alt=\"Pregency Week\" \/><\/div>\r\n<br \/>\r\n<h3>Home Remedies to avoid Discomfort<\/h3>\r\n<p>Eat as soon as you wake up and always stay hydrated, it will avoid the most common problem \u2013 morning sickness. Practice prenatal yoga to avoid all kinds of backaches and yoga will also keep your mind fresh. Avoid cold by having a hot cup of ginger tea or a hot bowl of soup. You can also stock up some peppermint to avoid nausea. Drink a lot of water, but drink in between meals and not during meals.<\/p>\r\n<p>So, next time you talk to your baby, experiment. Understand which nursery rhyme or song triggers your baby to move. This exercise can be done by both the parents as well as other family members.
